Service Delivery Assistant

You will keep our service operations running smoothly by supporting the Assistant Service Managers (ASM) by ensuring customers feel heard, informed, and cared for while also helping the service team stay organized and efficient. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly contribute to faster turnaround times, happier customers, and a more productive service lane.

Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and direct then to the appropriate service team member.
• Help prepare and organize repair orders and service tickets for the ASM.
• Update customers on vehicle status, parts needs, or additional service recommendations.
• Check out customers for final bill. Accepting credit card informtion or cash.
• Assist in scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.

What you will need:

• A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong organizational  skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without loosing focus.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and dealership management software (training provided).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive mindset.
• Previous customer service or administrtive experience (automotive industry experience a plus but not required).

Education and/or experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency dipolma; or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
