At our busy dealership's Collision Center, we need paint techs who are highly focused, driven by results, and motivated by a job well done. It helps to have a great eye for color, finishes and details, too.
Job Resonsibilities
Inspect prep work
Take and mask vehicle
Mix paint
apply paint coating
communicate sttus of all work to etimator
Visually match all colors in paint color spectrum
Inspect finished product for overall quality
Attend weekly department meetings
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)
Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies
